It’s important to have a primary care provider (PCP). Our physicians and advance practice providers are happy to step into that role for you. In fact, we have a patient navigator dedicated to seamless communications with your current healthcare team, so we can work together with your doctors and specialists to ensure your best possible health. Our expert staff are dedicated to providing convenient care when you need it.
Patients can schedule appointments by telephone 567-585-JEEP (5337). Same-day appointments are available. Of course, ProMedica will maintain strict privacy standards according to HIPAA. Your care is between you and your providers and not shared with your employers.

As a dietitian and a counselor I am passionate about helping people achieve their nutrition goals by developing an INDIVIDUALIZED plan that works for you. Nutrition is very personal and has to be tailored to your specific needs. Personally I love cooking and working out so I enjoy trying different strategies for myself and find that helpful when working with patients, because I understand the challenges along the way. There is no “one way” to achieve your nutrition goals – it is all about finding YOUR way.
